Flooring for tire service workshops

Do you own a tire service workshop? Are you planning a renovation? Are you wondering which workshop floor would be the best? If so, we can help you decide!

We produce floors that are adapted to the needs of the demanding conditions in tire service workshops. High load, easy maintenance, chemical resistance – these are the requirements that such a floor should meet.

Options for tire service owners

Let's take a look at what options tire service owners have:

Most tire service workshops are equipped with a concrete floor. Concrete is often assumed to be able to withstand anything. This may be true for some businesses, but with such frequent use as in a tire service workshop, cracks appear over time, which usually enlarge and, in addition to the unsightly appearance, lead to complications in maintenance and cleaning. Spilled chemicals, oils or fuel can also destroy the floor; if heavy objects fall, a piece of concrete can splinter.

Another option is classic tiles. However, compared to concrete paving, they don't perform much better. Their maintenance, durability or the installation itself are rather disadvantageous. The tiles crack, crumble and peel off over time.

The TM Mechanic differ from the older types of flooring primarily in their simple and quick installation. It is therefore not necessary to restrict company operations, which saves financial resources and at the same time costs for external clients. The original underlay does not have to be laboriously removed or changed. If the floor is flat, simply sweep it before laying and remove the dirt.

The material used and special production technology guarantee that the tiles are not damaged by the normal load of cars or special tire service equipment. The floor can also withstand short-term exposure to chemicals that do not penetrate the material. The non-slip shapes and insulating functions of tiles are more comfortable to work on than other types of flooring and also reduce noise.

You will also like the modern design. You can choose from multiple designs and colors. The tiles can be combined according to your own taste and thus different colored work surfaces or safety zones can be created.

We stand for the quality and longevity of our floors and offer a guarantee of up to 12 years.
