Frequently asked questions

Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about our floorings.

What do I need to install the tiles?

The tiles can be instalked by yourself easily and without special prior knowledge or special tools. We recommend using a rubber mallet to connect the tiles, as well as a cutter knife (possibly a jigsaw) to cut the tiles on e.g. walls or around obstacles.

Where can the PVC tiles be used?

Our PVC tiles with a plug-in system can be used in many areas. This also includes industrial or commercial areas of application, cellars and storage rooms, workshops, offices, sports halls and many more. If you have a question about a specific area of application, please do not hesitate to contact us. We help you: Start your industrial floor renovation with us.

Does the sub-floor has to be specially prepared before the installation?

No, it is important that the sub-floor is clean or swept and reasonably even. Small bumps are absorbed by the PVC tiles themselves. But here it is important that these are not directly under the teeth of the plates. Larger bumps or holes should be straightened out before laying, e.g. with a cement mixture or filler.

Can individual PVC floor slabs & tiles be exchanged?

Of course, the PVC tiles can be exchanged without much effort, e.g. if they should be damaged. The plates / tiles can be exchanged individually, which is why the renovation is done quickly.

What is the best way to clean the floor?

Due to the practical surface properties of the PVC plug-in tiles, water in conjunction with a non-aggressive cleaning agent is in most cases completely sufficient to clean the tiles. You can also purchase cleaning agents specially recommended for the tiles from us. We also offer cleaning equipment and corresponding agents for sealing floors online.
