The TM Mechanic offers occupational safety in operation and are specifically designed to withstand regular loads from forklift trucks.
Their main advantage is the ability to create a room division into safety zones or paths on which forklift trucks move, thanks to the color combination. The use of tiles for these purposes is permanent. There is no need to paint the floor or put warning tape on it like other surfaces. If necessary, the tiles can also be replaced or rearranged to adapt the zones or routes according to your wishes.
Industrial floor is 7 mm thick and has a hardness of 92 ± 3 Shore A. The floor is suitable for industrial use with load classes 42, 43 and high-load storage and for operation with forklifts or pallet trucks.
The load that the floor can withstand:
• for four-wheel forklifts with rubber tires up to 5,500 kg
• for reach trucks with hard wheels up to 4,200 kg
• for hard-wheel pallet trucks up to 1,800 kg
