The Fitness Elite training floor is a precisely calibrated indoor flooring made of PU-bonded rubber granules. Its compact material structure combines high durability with a particularly uniform, nearly seamless appearance. This makes the floor suitable for long-term use in fitness centers, functional training areas, CrossFit boxes, and high-end home gyms.
During production, panels are first manufactured in a larger raw format. After a sufficiently long cooling and curing period, these are cut precisely to the intended final dimensions. This calibration ensures very tight dimensional tolerances, precise edges, and high dimensional stability. As a result, the individual panels can be joined together with exceptional precision, creating a seamless appearance once installed.
The training floor is available in dimensions of 500 × 500 mm and 1,000 × 1,000 mm, as well as in thicknesses of 10, 15, and 20 mm. The individual tiles feature a precisely cut interlocking edge without a bevel. Once installed, the tile joints are virtually invisible. The result is a smooth and uniform floor surface that integrates particularly well into modern training and fitness areas.
The slip-resistant and abrasion-resistant surface is designed to meet the demands of heavily used training areas. Thanks to its compacted material structure, the flooring offers high compressive strength and is designed for long-term use.
At the same time, the rubber granules have shock-absorbing properties and reduce both vibrations and impact noise. As a result, training equipment, the subfloor, and adjacent areas are subjected to less stress from impacts and vibrations. This can be a significant advantage, especially in fitness centers or home gyms located above other rooms.

The panels are laid as a floating floor without the need for adhesive. The interlocking joints create a stable, continuous surface that can be lifted and dismantled if required.
A skirting ramp, specially designed to fit the system, is available for transitions to adjacent floor areas.
Ongoing maintenance is also straightforward: for regular cleaning, vacuuming and damp mopping are usually sufficient. If necessary, standard neutral cleaners can also be used.
